2. machine die-cutter paper feeding department :
1) adopts the world advanced leading edge paper feeding system (4 lines wheels design), feeding with high precision,
fast speed,feeding paper wheel life is long, paper feeding can achieve 10000 pcs/hour, accuracy + / - 0.75 mm, and is equipped with Adjustable fan, air volume can be adjustable , increase the stability of the thin plate and bending cardboard transport and accuracy.
2). The phase using(wooden dies roller) planetary 360 degrees electric adjustment, start and stop can be adjusted,
Easy to adjust, and the precision is higher, also equipped with electronic counter function.
3). Front baffle can be manually adjust, side baffle can be electric adjustment (computer adjust,display screen control directly)
4). The paper guide roller has grooved glue surface , to avoid crushing card board and increase the accuracy of paper feeding.
5). The fan air volume can be arbitrary adjustment, can meet the requirements of feeding air.
3.machine die-cutter die-cutting department :
1).Die-cutting roller adopt high quality centrifugal casting material, thickness is 30 mm, with good quality and dynamic blancing correction, hard chromium plating.
2).Main body wallboard adopt high quality cast iron material, wall thickness is 50 mm,processing by large-scale machining center.
3).Soft rubber roller automatically repair institutions improve the using life of the rubber, can repair 3-4 times.
4).Linear speed automatic compensation, to ensure that each batch of carton die-cutting size exactly.
5).Imported Taiwan MaxDura brand rubber , convenient installation, the die cutting times can up to 120 million times.
6).Six levels of fine grinding gear using 40 cr material, low noise, long service life.
7).Die-cutting roller can lift up and down pneumatically ,to reduce the unnecessary wear of the rubber(controlled by photoelectric).
