整机特点：
AFG系列全自动粘箱机，由真空送纸部、涂胶折叠部和计数堆积部输出三部分组成，采用优质钢材焊接精心加工、装配而成。采用变频调速，名牌PLC触摸屏控制，操作简单可靠，平均粘箱速度150张/分钟。高速节能，节省人工成本。
Machine Features:
AFG Automatic folder gluer machine mainly consists of three parts: feeding part, folding gluing part and stacking counting part, full machine frame made by good quality steel welded .
It adopts PLC programming control, touch screen operation and frequency conversion to adjust speed. The average speed about 150sheets/min, with high speed, saves power and labor.
送纸部：
l 采用皮带式前缘吸风送纸能更好的适应弯曲纸板
l 采用高档电磁离合器及电磁刹车系统，使送纸部可单独控制，操作简单可靠
l 压线轮可调，适合纸板厚度2-8mm
l 二次压痕机构，可对压痕质量不佳的纸板进行二次压痕。
Feeding part
Belt type lead edge with vacuum suction feeding system is more better to feed bend board
Good quality electromagnetic clutch and brake system, feeding part can be controlled separately, easy operation. Scorer wheel is adjustable, it suit to cardboard thickness 2-8mm
It can do second scorer, so correct bad creased board.
