AFG Automatic folder gluer machine mainly consists of three parts: feeding part, folding gluing part and stacking counting part, full machine frame made by good quality steel welded .
It adopts PLC programming control, touch screen operation and frequency conversion to adjust speed. The average speed about 150sheets/min, with high speed, saves power and labor.
Vacuum suction feeding to feed warping paperboard easily.Quality electromagnetic clutch and brake adopted,feeding section controled independent,operation easily.
Scorer wheel adjustable,suit for 2-8mm thick paperboard.Seoond creasing struction can impress again the paperboard which was not creased well.

l Scorer wheel is adjustable, it suit to cardboard thickness 2-8mm
l It can do second scorer, so correct bad creased board.
