Pressure:1.25Mpa steam pipeline. 2. Air compressed machine、air pipeline、glue conveying pipe. 3. Power supply、wires connected to the operation panel and line pipe. 4. Water sources、water pipelines、buckets and so on. 5. Water, electricity, gas flush mounting civil foundation. 6. Test with the base paper、corn starch (potato)、Industrial use caustic soda、borax and other material. 7. Oil equipment、lubricating oil、hydraulic oil、lubricating grease. 8. installation、commissioning of food, accommodation. RSH-V5 Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand

1.Machine Description:

*This machine is used for supporting the paper roll, supply the paper to the production line.

2.Machine Function:

*Each arm setup four directions button, it is easy to operate

*It can be loading two paper rolls at the same time, without stopping the machine for changing paper roll

*The whole machine use hydraulic controlled, hydraulic control arm lift and down, clamping and open,  left and right moving

*Tension control: multi point pneumatic brakes,brakes good performance, loses heat fast

*The chuck adopt inner expansion type or teeth type, reduce the destruction of the paper core. saving paper

Kraft Paper Feeding Trolley & Track

1.Machine Instruction:

*Two tracks for one mill roll stand to feed the reel paper at both side to reel stand

*With Trolley:under trolley have four contact roller,two pieces railing track

*The whole body of track is under the ground, main frame: Model 14 channel steel with ¢ 20mm drawing bar weld together,overall length 6000mm.

PH-600 Preheater

1.Machine Description:

*This machine is used for heating liner (pre-heating for raw paper), and dry to control temperature and humidity

2.Machine Function:

*Electric to adjust the wrap angle, preheating area can be in 360° range

*Butterfly seal structure on two sides,saving the steam and improving heating efficiency

*Soft siphon style structure,making the drainage more thoroughly

*All the surfaces of rollers have been accurate ground and plating chromed

DF-80 Double Facer

1.Machine Description:

*Corrugated paper enter into the double facer hot parts with heating and molding after pasted glue, and  become board after cooling

2.Machine Function:

*Hot Plates width 520mm and 10 pics,cooling parts 4m

*Heat conductive pipe of hot plates control the temperature segmented,with the temperature display

*The inside of the hot plate is partition isolation structure,making the steam flow in S-shaped direction, and the separation function of steam and water is obvious,then improves the steam usage efficiency

*Up belt adopt cylinder S type  tension device,down belt manual  tension device（small amount adjust）

*Drive rollers’ surface is wrapped by rubber with middle height,to make sure the board output smoothly

*Main drive motor: Variable frequency motor, high force when low speed start, high speed adjusting range, steady to use,easy to mend
