Features and Characteristics:
Corrugated cardboard production line is the professional equipment for producing corrugated cardboard. The production line consists of the mill roll stand, liner preheater, single facer machine, conveyor bridge, gluing machine, double facer machine, slitter scorer, cut-off, conveyer and stacker, heating system, air cmpression system and gue making system and so on. We produced different grade 3,5,7 ply corrugated production line with different fitting. On the base of understanding the requirements of the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad,our company has developed and designed these production lines with the speed 60-220m/min, the paper width 1600-2200mm and A,B,C,E,UV flute production line can satisfy different customers.
The line is composed of shaftless mill roll stand, fingerless single facer, preheater, double bridge, gluer machine, double facer machine, cut off machine, slitter scorer machine, stacker, glue making system etc.

Installation:
1. Technician needed from the seller: 8~10 technicians (For installation and training)
2. Standard installation Time: 70 days.
3. Installation and training charge: USD50 /day, per technician.
4. Preparation from the Buyer, before the arrival of our technician.
5.According to foundation drawing, the space for machines should be ready.
6.According to order information and installation requirement, prepare necessary materials.
7. The buyer should bearing the cost of air ticket, hotel and food.
