Printing unit
nThe printing roller used of stemless steel pipe do quenching and high temperature tempering, the surface be grinded, hard chrome plated, balance correction, running smoothly.
nWith quickly change printing plate device, when load or unload printing plate, foot switch electric control roller run clockwise or anticlockwise.
nThe feeding roller, impression roller, rubber roller and anilox roller space adjusted by self-locking device.
nPrinting and phase fixed device, pneumatic brake. When units separating or cleaning, braking mechanism limit gear running, keep original gear’s position.
nThe anilox roller adopt automatic pneumatic up-down device( when feeding, anilox roller down automatically according to order, when stop, anilox roller lift according order)
nAdopts pneumatic diaphragm pump inking, automatically recycle, water cleaning.
nWith “clean printing plate” function, after washing the printing plate, the printing roller will back to the original printing position.
lDie-cutting unit
n The rubber roller adopts mechanical screw type horizontal movement, the movement distance is 50mm, with double case.
nUsed computer with PLC adjust phase of die roller, set box size and so on.
nThe space adjustment between rubber roller and die roller adopt self-locking device, and with air cylinder adjust quickly in large range, reduce rubber destroy, prolong rubber use life.
nFeeding roller spaces adjusting adopts self-locking device.
nSpeed compensation device can make the rubber roller slipping follow die roller, thereby, the rubber surface speed controlled by knife die. So that the carton shape is same as knife die.
Equipped with rubber repair device, the rubber can be used after be repaired.
nWith steel slotting ring that 4ring adjusted together.
lStacking Unit
nThe paper catching arm can be automatically operated or by hand. Installed with safety mechanism to prevent the paper catching arm from sudden dropping and to ensure the safety of the operating personal.
nThe lathe platform rising up and dropping down is driven by the power chain.
nWith rising of the card board piles the lathe platform can automatically regulate the tilting height. The elevator attaches the brake function to make the lathe platform to keep the fixed position and not to slide.
nPneumatic paper lifting mechanism. When the card board have piled to the planned height, the paper catching holding plate will be open automatically, the pedestal will hold the card boards.
nThe surface corrugation leather belt can prevent the Cardboard to slide.
