Automatic Folder Gluer Machine/carton machine
Machine Features:
AFG Automatic folder gluer machine mainly consists of three parts: feeding part, folding gluing part and stacking counting part, full machine frame made by good quality steel welded .
It adopts PLC programming control, touch screen operation and frequency conversion to adjust speed. The average speed about 150sheets/min, with high speed, saves power and labor.
Feeding part
l Belt type lead edge with vacuum suction feeding system is more better to feed bend board
l Good quality electromagnetic clutch and brake system, feeding part can be controlled separately, easy operation.
l Scorer wheel is adjustable, it suit to cardboard thickness 2-8mm
l It can do second scorer, so correct bad creased board.
Folding & gluing part
l Simple structure, glue amount can be adjustable, easy clean
l It adopts stainless steel gluing wheel, gluing even, no fault save glue amount.
l Automatically gluing, recycle glue, never stop, don’t need add glue by hand, save time and power.
l Imported wearable rubber belt convey board, automatically folding.
l Equipped with board correction and scorer correction device.
Counting & Stacking part
l Stacking and counting are simple and reliable
l Digital control, easy operation and reliable. Non-stop enter data, automatically counting and output accurately.
l With correction function, correct deviation
l Counting and output by pneumatic control, fast and accurately.
