Machine instruction

The machine includes feeding part, gluing and folding part, counting and stacking part. Digital control, PLC adjust width（optional，Conventional models without）, double frequency motor working synchronous, control easy, fast, accurately. Feed, glue folder, count and stack automatically, high speed, save labor cost.

Feeding part

l  Adopt belt lead edge feeder with suction, working accurately.

l  Adopt high grade electromagnetic clutch and brake system, feeding part can be controlled separately, easy operation

l  Height of press wheel is be adjusted , suitable sheet thickness 2-8mm

l  Use frequency motor working with folding part together, feeding speed 0-150m/min

l  Front baffle and belt is be moved.

 

Glue and fold part

l  Frequency motor, no noise, speed adjustable fast and stable

l  Use import high friction belt feed sheet, stack automatically.

l  Use stainless steel wheel gluing, glue amount average, no fault and save glue

l  Fold part equipped with correction and crease device

l  Fold part equipped with two row adjustable guide wheel, high precision

l  Fold speed 0-150m/min

Count and stack part

l  Automatic stacking, output tidiness

l  counting part with frequency motor, speed adjustable, working stable

l  Belt feed out carton, stack tidiness, speed 0-130m/min

l  Lapping plate beat carton, correction, small error.

l  Count and feed out by pneumatic work, PLC control, fast and accurately

l  Use PLC and touch screen, easy work, it can input data non stop machine, count automatically.
