The machine can finish multi processes one time such as: printing, slotting, creasing, trimming, corner cutting, punching, die cutting, stacking and so on.
All of drive rollers are made of high quality steel, hard chrome plated the surface with grinded.
Main drive gears adopt high quality steel with heat treatment with clean teeth treatment, adopt cross slip system connect each gear, keep gear fix position, ensure transmission precision.
The main drive roller adopt keyless connect, decrease the connection gap, ensure printing precision.
The machine adopts sealed spray lubrication for gear system, engineer oil automatic balance device; keep the oil level equal in each unit.
The machine adopts lead edge (or kick feeding), low demand for the cardboard, fast.
Main motor is VFD, working stability, low power consumption.

Vibrator unit
1) Frequency conversion speed regulation, can control the main engine speed, safe and reliable operation
2) Equipped with waste removal force fan and waste discharge brush

Stacker unit
1) Catch paper arm can be manual or automatic operation, has insurance mechanism, prevent catch paper arm suddenly whereabouts, ensure the safety of operating personnel.
2) Bed table lifting and down force, the chain drive
3) Stack height is 1600 mm.
4) Bed table with cardboard stacking automatically adjust tilt height, lifting motor, with brake function. Bed table can maintain a fixed position,not falling.
5) Vapour-pressure type Lift the paper mechanism ,when cardboard stack to a predetermined height, catch paper pallet automatically open, the support hold up the cardboard.
6) Planar wrinkles belt , prevent the cardboard down glide.
