All of drive rollers are made of high quality steel, hard chrome plated the surface with grinded.
Main drive gears adopt high quality steel with heat treatment with grinded, adopt cross slip system connect each gear, keep gear fix position, ensure transmission precision.
The slotted phase is adjusted by the planetary gear structure and is adjusted by the electric digital 360 degree.
Spray lubrication, longer service life of gear transmission.
The gear made by 45# good quality steel, be grinded and heat treatment，ensure the precision，gear transmission adopts no clearance adjustment design to improve the paper feeding accuracy.

AUTO LEAD EDGE UNIT
Roller type front feeding structure,rounds,multipoint suction feeding,high friction,high speed,paper feeding smoothly and accurate.Symmetrical structure can install two rolls.
Automatic adjust side and rear baffle by electric.
Side baffle with cardboard patting device, can make cardboard tidy and easy to feed smoothly.
Top feed roller is made of high qualified steel, the outside be wrapped wear-resisting rubber, don’t destroy flute, guarantee feeding precision, improve the printing accuracy.
Bottom roller used high-quality steel, precision grinding, knurling, hard chrome plated paper roll hand mode rapid clearance of fine-tuning self-locking device.
Equipped with a dial display to adjust direction and numerical.
SLOTTING UNIT
Auto zero with order memory function.Touch screen and button operation .
The slotting knife and creasing wheel can synchronous transverse adjustment by button or by touch screen, auto adjust carton length and width ,height by PLC in 360 degree with digital input, do when machine running or stop.,Easy to adjust and save time.
4 sets Slotting knife width is 7mm. alloy material, after heat treatment, grinding, tooth slotted knife ,double-piece model cutting edge knife, knife edge sharp, high precision（ 5 sets slotting knife option）
Crease gap and knife gap adjusted by self-lock mechanism
Collision protection on slotting knife for height adjust and move, don’t damage machine
Collision protection for slotting die horizontal move (electronical)
The horizontal movement adjustment mechanism of slotting knife block adopts the lead screw and linear guide rail to make the movement more flexible and accurate.
Optional punching carton air hole, carton handling hole.
